I am 15 right now and when I am 18 I plan on moving out of Canada. I am hoping to find an apartment or something in hopefully Italy or Greece(that would be my dream)! I am looking for suggestions on where to move. My preferences would be somewhere affordable, economically stable, and friendly people and places. I can speak English, Spanish, French, and some Japanese. Any suggestions would help.
